The Council offers MOAA chapters from across the state the opportunity to meet and discuss topics of interest to all MOAA members. The guest speaker at this LCOC meeting was Captain Bud Schneeweis, USCG (Ret).   He is the Director of Benefits Information and Financial Education Department at MOAA National.
